Return Policy If you're not satisfied with your purchase of any item, (except custom orders and close outs), for any reason, return it, within 30 days for a full refund. On items that are made to order, there is a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund. There are no re-stocking fees on exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The merchandise must be unused, unworn and in the same condition, with tags attached where applicable. If, in the unlikely event, any merchandise is defective we will pay all shipping costs. There are no returns allowed on close outs and custom orders. Shipping Policy All our items, within the Continental US, are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, unless the address is a PO Box. All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship USPS. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you how long it will be before we can ship your item and with a little patience, you will get exactly what you want.
