Return PolicyIf you're not satisfied with your purchase of any item, (except custom orders and close outs), for any reason, return it, within 30 days for a full refund.
On returns or exchanges of items that have already been exchanged previously, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.
If a customer refuses delivery, a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
On items that are made to order, there is a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund. There are no re-stocking fees on exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The merchandise must be unused, unworn and in the same condition, with tags attached where applicable. Soles of slippers can not be soiled. If, in the unlikely event, any merchandise is defective we will pay all shipping costs. There are no returns allowed on close outs and custom orders.

Xmas Return Policy
For returnable items purchased as Xmas gifts, we will accept exchanges up to January 10. This does not apply to returns for refund. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received. All items returned for exchange must have a Return Authorization #.
